Delete Your ClipCircle Account

ClipCircle users can request account deletion from Settings in the mobile app or by contacting support through this public request path.

What deletion does

• Anonymizes your profile name, username, and photo.
• Revokes push tokens and notification preferences.
• Removes your private saves, folders, friendships, blocks, and active memberships.
• Removes or anonymizes messages, Circle posts, reactions, ratings, and watch receipts.
• Retains only minimal report/moderation records required for safety, abuse prevention, audit, and legal obligations.

How to request deletion

In the app, open Profile, Settings, Account, then Delete Account and type DELETE to confirm.

If you cannot access the app, email ClipCircle support from the email address on your account and include the subject line: ClipCircle account deletion request. Support will verify account ownership before starting the same backend deletion process.

Timing

In-app deletion starts immediately. Public deletion requests are reviewed for account ownership before deletion begins. ClipCircle uses the same deletion and retention policy for Android and iOS users.
